Privacy Policy

How LNKZ SOLUTIONS handles your information across all our apps.

LNKZ SOLUTIONS (ABN 96 551 473 712) is an Australian sole trader operated by C Joyce. This policy covers all apps developed and published under the Lnkz banner.

We’re committed to handling your information responsibly and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Account information

Some Lnkz apps require an account to operate. When you create an account, we collect your email address and mobile phone number. This information is used solely to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and communicate with you about your account (such as password resets or important service notices). We do not use it for marketing without your consent.

App content you create

Some Lnkz apps let you create content — notes, records, or lists. This content is associated with your account where applicable. We do not use your content for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

Crash and error reports

We collect crash reports and error logs through GitLab Error Tracking. This data includes device type, operating system version, app version, and a technical description of what went wrong. It does not include your account credentials or any content you have created in the app.

Location

Some apps access your device’s location to provide in-app functionality. We do not collect, store, or transmit your location. Location data is used in the moment and is never sent to our servers.

What we don’t collect

  • We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to operate your account or provide the service
  • We do not use advertising networks, third-party tracking SDKs, or behavioural profiling tools
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever

Third-party services

GitLab Error Tracking — We use GitLab’s built-in error tracking (powered by Sentry, self-hosted by GitLab) to receive crash reports from our apps. Error data is stored on GitLab’s infrastructure and is not shared with sentry.io or any other third party. See GitLab’s privacy policy for details.

Data security

Crash reports are transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. App content you create stays on your device and is protected by your device’s own security (passcode, Face ID, etc.).

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Complaints — lodge a complaint if you believe we have handled your information incorrectly
